An Animal Picture
Our Theme this week for our Art Group was very loose, just an animal picture, any animal.
I can’t produce anything as imaginitive and beautiful as Franz Marc’s cats, but here goes.
I found a lovely photograph of two ponies drinking, and started a drawing with a pastel pencil on Canson paper, then finishing it in Soft Pastel.
I am a bit nervous of trying to do the reflections in the water, so have left it until last, which is silly really. I should do the part I am most likely to ruin first!
I hope there are not two many legs – one horse, four legs I can cope with, but eight legs is confusing.
